Important Vendor Details

Set up time begins at 7:00 AM on Saturday. If you have trailers or large booths, you can set up on Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. However, there is no overnight security. We do not furnish tables, chairs or tents. Space is limited. Electric hook-ups are also limited. All requests are handled on a first come basis, but priority will be given to those who participated in the last Pancake Festival. All requests MUST BE RECEIVED with payment by Wednesday, May 07, 2025. Pavilion Booths must be paid by April 25 th to reserve. No refunds for cancellations or for not showing up for the event.
